Brightspot Legal’s partners, attorney-at-law Maciej Jojczyk together with attorney-at-law Katarzyna Orzeł, attended a local convention of Small and Medium-sized Telecommunications Operators (SMOs) in April this year. At the venue, they were asked to give several lectures, and attorney-at-law Jojczyk also gave an interview to the TELKO.in portal.

During the said interview, the issues discussed included the growing M&A traffic in the segment of small and medium-sized telecommunications operators and the ways in which investment funds plan their entries into telecommunications, i.e. by looking for existing companies or by waiting for the launch of further EU funds.
