Her interests focus mainly on corporate law, day-to-day legal services for companies, but also contract law.

Agnieszka is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She defended her Master’s thesis on the practical application of amicable dispute resolution methods in court-administrative proceedings with a very good result. She completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków, where she passed the bar exam and obtained her professional title. She also graduated from the Slovak Law School of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.

Professionally, she advises on corporate and commercial matters and provides legal services to business entities, in particular capital companies. She provides the necessary support for clients at each stage of company development, assisting in its incorporation, registration, as well as carrying out the process of changing the legal form of the business (merger & acquisition). She provides comprehensive legal services in conducting due diligence processes, preparing investment agreements with the necessary documentation.

She is also experienced in civil law matters, in particular contract law, property law and inheritance law.
