He graduated with a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He defended his master’s thesis during a seminar on substantive criminal law led by Professor Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski at the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He has participated in numerous academic conferences organized by the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University, particularly those devoted to criminal law.
A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków.
He specializes in procedural law. He has experience representing Polish and foreign clients in civil, criminal, administrative, and administrative court proceedings. He represents clients before common courts, the Supreme Court, administrative courts, and public administration bodies. He represents telecommunications operators in judicial, administrative (before the Office of Electronic Communications and the Personal Data Protection Office), and administrative court proceedings. He supports clients in settlement and mediation proceedings.
