She graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a Master’s degree in Law, focusing on the harmonization of copyright law in the European Union. She also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Media Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, defending her thesis on the collective management of copyright and related rights in the field of retransmission.

A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.

She specializes in matters related to Polish Act on electronic communications law, intellectual property law, and new media law.

She has experience negotiating license agreements for the retransmission of television programs with broadcasters and managing settlements between retransmitters and organizations for the collective management of copyright and related rights.

She handles matters related to the tax classification of services provided by telecommunications operators.

She represents clients in court, administrative proceedings (KRRiT, PISF, UPRP), and administrative court proceedings.
