Specialist in Audit and Intellectual Property Law

Her interests focus mainly on issues related to civil law, in particular contract law, copyright law and competition law.

She graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She defended her Master’s thesis prepared at the Department of Intellectual Property Law concerning the degree of harmonisation of copyright law in the European Union with a very good result. She did her internship at the Cracow branch of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She is currently a student of the bachelor’s degree in intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

She specialises in civil law matters, with a particular focus on contract law, copyright law and industrial property law. She deals both with day-to-day company services, including corporate and commercial matters, as well as with individual clients,
in particular in the field of intellectual property law. She also has experience in legalising the stay and employment of foreigners in Poland.

She participated in workshops on drafting contracts in the field of intellectual property law organised by the Academy of Contracts in Intellectual Property Law of the Jagiellonian University and in numerous conferences devoted to the protection of consumer rights.
