Public Procurement Law Specialist
He completed his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow. Graduate of the Institute of Law University of Economics in Kraków. He defended his Master’s thesis in the Department of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Public Procurement, concerning public participation in the process of establishing local law.
He specialises in civil law, in particular contract law, public procurement law and administrative law.
Responsible for providing legal support to contractors and contracting authorities in public procurement, including supporting contracting authorities in preparing tender documentation and conducting the procedure, as well as providing legal assistance to contractors at every stage of the procedure, including preparing appeals to the National Appeal Chamber (KIO) and complaints to the Public Procurement Court, as well as representing them at hearings.
He has gained experience in renowned law firms in Krakow, as well as in a public finance sector. He provided ongoing legal services to business entities and natural persons, including in proceedings for the return of expropriated property.
