Trainee Attorney at Law

Graduate of law at the University of Silesia in Katowice, and a trainee at the District Bar Council in Krakow since January 2024. She defended her master’s thesis on the principle of non-discrimination as part of the seminar in Interpretation and Application of Law.

As part of her student activities, she co-founded the Mediation and Negotiation Circle. Currently, she is involved in the activities of the Bar Association, remaining the year representative and taking part in many initiatives organized on behalf of the Krakow Chamber.

She is primarily responsible for providing legal services to entrepreneurs through the preparation of legal opinions, analysis of civil law contracts, particularly of an economic nature, as well as comprehensive assistance in corporate processes, including transformations, mergers and demergers of commercial law companies. Her interests include civil law, intellectual property law and business law.

She gained experience in a renowned Silesian law firm specializing in civil law, criminal law and legal services for entrepreneurs. She also has extensive experience in providing services to borrowers in the so-called “swiss franc loan lawsuits”, gained at a leading law firm based in Cracow specializing in such disputes.
