Trainee Attorney at Law

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He defended his Master’s thesis on the impact of legislation regulating access to firearms on crime involving firearms at the Department of Criminology of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Trainee Attorney at Law at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.

In particular, he deals with the service of investment funds in transactions involving investments in companies at an early stage of development, legal services for entrepreneurs in the field of commercial and civil law, service of corporate processes in commercial law companies, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts.

He has gained experience in reputable law firms in Krakow, where he provided services to entrepreneurs including those in the fuel industry. He is also no stranger to providing legal assistance to individuals and dealing with issues of civil law, including family and inheritance law.

He is interested in corporate and business law.
