Trainee Attorney at Law

A law graduate from the University of Silesia in Katowice and a trainee attorney at law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków, she has been associated with Brightspot Law Firm since 2022.

She provides a broad range of legal services to businesses in matters related to their telecommunications business. She has extensive experience in providing legal support for investment and construction processes carried out by telecommunications companies.

As part of her practice, she also develops and prepares comprehensive subscriber documentation tailored to the specific nature of a given business, comprehensively supporting businesses in developing their business offerings. She also advises on matters related to competition and consumer protection.
She conducts numerous training courses for operators, covering the practical aspects of running a telecommunications business in the context of changing legal regulations.

She gained professional experience in Kraków law firms, where she served clients primarily in matters related to civil law, private international law, and labor law – also in English. She also completed an internship at a tax office. During her studies, she was a member of the labor law section of the Student Legal Clinic at the University of Silesia, where, under the supervision of a tutor, she provided free legal assistance.
