Maciej Jojczyk is a lawyer. He graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University and completed his legal training at the OIRP in Krakow. He specialises in the issues of investments in companies at an early stage of development. He is involved in drafting and negotiating investment agreements both on the side of funds, industry investors and companies. He advises on the processes of sale of telecommunications networks, including network valuation, obtaining financing and negotiating transaction terms.

He has comprehensive business experience. He co-founded one of the largest FMCG distribution networks in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. He participated in the establishment of an Investment Fund Company. He has implemented projects from the IoT sphere.

He is most comfortable with out-of-the-box projects.
