Specialist in Telecommunications Law

Graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She defended her Master’s thesis in the Department of Intellectual Property Law on the licensing of know-how on the example of franchising agreements.

She specialises in telecommunications law and new technology (TMT) law, intellectual property law, including in particular trading on these rights, e-commerce and competition law.

She has experience in drafting contracts and regulations for the provision of telecommunications services, in negotiating and providing opinions on contracts between entities providing inter-operator services, as well as in providing day-to-day services with respect to the fulfilment of obligations on the regulated market of telecommunications operators. She also advises in administrative proceedings, in particular before the President of UKE and UOKiK, as well as in enforcement proceedings.

She is interested in issues related to the fight against unfair competition, including preventing price policies that restrict competition, such as price dumping and price collusion. She has participated in industry conferences of small and medium-sized telecommunications entrepreneurs (ISPs).
