Specialist in Telecommunications Business Services and M&A Process Management / Head of Telecommunications Department

A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków.

She specializes in electronic communications law, new technologies law (TMT), and intellectual property law, particularly in trade.

She has experience negotiating and reviewing access agreements for wholesale services (including BSA, fiber lease, and IP transit) and access agreements for other technical infrastructure (including access to cable ducts and power poles), as well as providing ongoing support to telecommunications operators in fulfilling their obligations on the regulated market. She represents telecommunications operators in court, administrative proceedings (before the Office of Electronic Communications, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Office of Personal Data Protection), and administrative court proceedings.

She advises clients on obtaining and settling EU grants under the National Recovery Plan and European Funds for Digital Development. She represents clients in the approval of wholesale offers before the Office of Electronic Communications.

She advises telecommunications operators on M&A processes.

She participates in industry conferences organized by the National Chamber of Electronic Communications, the Polish Chamber of Electronic Communications, and the MIŚOT Group.

Holds a Lead Auditor Certificate in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023.
