Trainee Attorney at Law
A graduate of the University of the Commission of National Education in Krakow, she completed her studies with a master’s degree in law, defending her master’s thesis on “Court Claims Enforcement in Electronic Proceedings by Writ of Payment.” Since January 2025, she has been a trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Krakow.
She provides a broad range of legal services to businesses in matters related to their telecommunications operations, including intellectual property law. She specializes in reviewing and negotiating interconnection agreements, as well as in issues related to obtaining legal titles to use real estate for the construction and operation of telecommunications networks. She conducts training for operators, helping them efficiently implement specific legal solutions in their businesses.
She gained professional experience in Krakow law firms, providing legal services to state-owned companies in the chemical and energy sectors, particularly in the areas of claim enforcement, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and in labor law matters. She also has extensive experience in servicing borrowers in so-called “Swiss franc litigation,” gained at one of the leading law firms specializing in this type of dispute.
