Trainee Attorney at Law

A graduate of the University of the Commission of National Education in Krakow, majoring in law, she has been a trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Krakow since January 2025.

She provides a broad range of legal services to businesses in matters related to their telecommunications business, including intellectual property matters.

She specializes in obtaining legal titles to use real estate and technical infrastructure for the construction and operation of telecommunications networks, including preparing appropriate applications and agreements and conducting negotiations in this area.

She conducts training for operators, helping them efficiently implement detailed legal solutions in their businesses. She also handles early-stage M&A processes, including telecommunications network valuations.

She serves as a personal data protection officer.

She gained professional experience in Krakow law firms, providing legal services to state-owned companies in the chemical and energy sectors, particularly in the areas of claim enforcement, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and labor law. He also has extensive experience in servicing borrowers in so-called “Swiss franc litigation,” gained at one of the leading law firms specializing in this type of dispute.
