Trainee Attorney at Law

Graduate of law at the University of Rzeszow. He defended his master’s thesis on the annulment of marriage due to bigamy in terms of substantive and procedural law under the auspices of Dr. hab. Aneta Arkuszewska, Prof. UR. Trainee Attorney at Law at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.

He specializes in providing legal services to telecommunications entrepreneurs, including drafting contracts, regulations and legal opinions. He also participates in conducting internal audits of companies (due diligence).

He gained experience in reputable law firms, providing legal services to individual clients in cases involving, among others, family law and prohibited clauses in insurance and credit agreements (including the so-called “franking cases”).

He is also not unfamiliar with other branches of law – privately he is interested in, among other things, issues covering the matter of substantive criminal law and intellectual property law, including copyright in particular.
