Member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow, graduate of law and administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Master’s thesis entitled. “The role of the supervisory board in the corporate governance of joint-stock companies,” written under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Krzysztof Oplustil, defended in the Department of Economic Policy.

She specializes in civil law, business law and services for corporations, including, in particular, ongoing corporate counseling and business contracts, also in English. She also advises on labor law.

She gained experience in providing services to private companies and in law firms in Cracow, specializing in economic and civil law, including in particular providing services to entrepreneurs.
