Trainee Attorney at Law
A graduate of the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow, majoring in law. She graduated with distinction, defending her master’s thesis entitled “Photography as a Subject of Copyright Protection and the Legal Aspects of Protecting Its Author.”
She completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She is currently preparing a doctoral dissertation on the law of new technologies at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She has presented at academic conferences and authored scholarly publications. She is a trainee legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Kraków.
At Brightspot, she provides services to telecommunications companies, focusing on issues related to the wholesale market and contractual and regulatory relations between telecommunications operators. She advises clients on obtaining and settling EU subsidies under the National Recovery Plan and European Funds for Digital Development. She represents clients in the approval of wholesale offers before the Office of Electronic Communications. Her responsibilities also include preparing documentation necessary for the provision of telecommunications services, handling legal audits, and providing ongoing legal support to businesses in the areas of civil and administrative law. She also handles legal issues related to deepfake technology and the protection of image and digital identity, particularly in cases involving the unlawful use of image, voice, and content generated by artificial intelligence, as well as responding to violations in the digital environment.
She gained experience in Krakow law firms, the Student Legal Clinic, and the Prosecutor’s Office. She is interested in intellectual property law, particularly copyright, new technologies law, Polish Act on Electronic Communications Law, personal data protection, and consumer protection.
