We have many years of experience in providing ongoing service to small and medium-sized telecommunications entrepreneurs (ISPs) and inter-operator service providers. We draft contracts, regulations and price lists for the supply of telecommunications services. We participate in the negotiation of telecommunications access agreements, network connection agreements and property access agreements for the provision of broadband Internet services (with cooperatives and housing communities).

We advise in tender proceedings for the purchase of telecommunications services and in construction law proceedings concerning in particular the inventory of telecommunications infrastructure.

We represent telecommunications operators in proceedings before the President of the UKE, the President of the UOKiK, including the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, before institutions implementing EU projects in the field of innovation and telecommunications solutions.
