We are active in the new technology investment market. Our involvement includes both support for startups in raising funding and advisory services for private and institutional investors. We initiate and handle the investment process comprehensively – we match investors with startups, audit the company, negotiate the terms of the investor’s entry, construct the investment agreement, supervise the implementation of milestones and exit. We create investment funds on behalf of clients – also funds with public funding.
