Attorney Trainee

Member of the Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Kraków, graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She defended her Master’s thesis on civil liability for medical malpractice written under the supervision of Professor Mirosław Nazar in the Department of Civil Law.

During her studies, she participated in the “Raiffeisen Summer Internship Programme” and completed the Data Protection Inspector course.

She specialises in civil law and services for entrepreneurs including corporate proceedings, in particular with regard to transformations, mergers and divisions of commercial law companies. She also advises on issues relating to personal data protection, commercial law, as well as tax law.

She gained experience in law firms in Lublin, specialising in civil law, including in particular the service of medical entities and entrepreneurs. Subsequently, she practised in a renowned law firm in Kraków dealing with the representation of borrowers in the Swiss franc-related cases.
